Prayer to Mary
Mary our Mother,
make us docile to God’s Spirit.
Grant us your motherly assistance.
We entrust everything to you.
Take the direction of our lives in your hands.
You know the longings of our hearts.
Teach us to live our own vocation in humility,
faith and trust.
Teach us to be open and receptive
to every wish of your Son, Jesus.
Teach us the unselfish love,
caring goodness, sympathetic compassion,
and unlimited dedication of your motherly heart.
Stay with us
and enlighten our decisions.
Lead us on,
and we shall follow you.
